FAQs

1. Do you replace my doctor or primary healthcare provider?

No. K Wellness does not replace your physician or specialist. We help you understand your health information, interpret recommendations, and navigate your options so you can participate in your care with clarity and confidence.

2. What is a Private Membership Association (PMA), and why is it required?

The PMA creates a private, protected space for personalized wellness guidance. It allows us to have deeper, more meaningful conversations about your health while maintaining confidentiality and autonomy in how support is delivered.

3. Do I need the PMA membership to book a consultation?

Yes. The PMA is required for all services—including your initial consultation.

4. What happens during the Integrative Consultation?

We explore your full health story in detail—symptoms, labs, history, lifestyle, and emotional patterns—to identify what may be missing or overlooked. You leave with a clear, personalized roadmap and a deeper understanding of your next steps.

5. What makes K Wellness different from a clinic or functional medicine practice?

We don’t diagnose or prescribe—and we don’t push protocols.
Our role is to interpret, guide, advocate, and connect the dots, giving you the clarity that most systems don’t have time to provide. We bridge traditional medicine with holistic insight, focusing on context and whole-person understanding.

6. Do you offer medical treatment?

No. Any medical diagnosis or treatment must be provided by your licensed healthcare provider.
We work alongside your existing medical team to support interpretation, navigation, and integrative direction.

7. Can you order bloodwork, imaging, or diagnostic tests?

We can help you understand which tests may be helpful and how to request them from your provider. We do not directly order diagnostics, but we ensure you know what to ask for, why it matters, and how to interpret results once you have them.

8. What if my doctor disagrees with your suggestions?

We never contradict medical advice. Instead, we help you understand both perspectives so you can make an informed decision.
Our goal is to increase collaboration—not conflict—between your care providers.

9. How long does it take to see results?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of your health concerns.
The goal of K Wellness is clarity first, direction second, and steady progress over time—not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.

10. Can I work with you if I’m already seeing multiple practitioners?

Yes. Many clients come to us because they have several providers but no single point of integration.
We help bring order, clarity, and coherence to your care plan.

11. What if I’m dealing with chronic illness or complex symptoms?

You’re welcome here.
We specialize in clients who feel overwhelmed, dismissed, or stuck in the system.
Our role is to help you understand your options and create a clear, supportive path forward.

12. Do you offer crisis or emergency care?

No. Emergency or urgent medical concerns should always be directed to your local medical services.
We provide support, not acute medical treatment.

13. Are your services covered by insurance?

At this time, K Wellness services are not covered by insurance.
Our model prioritizes time, continuity, and whole-person support, which typically falls outside conventional billing structures.

14. What is included in the monthly Community Membership?

Monthly webinars, live Q&A sessions, access to practitioners, replay library, wellness education, and a supportive private community.
It’s a space for ongoing learning and guidance—not medical care.

15. Can I cancel the community membership anytime?

Yes. The community is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

16. Is the Integrative Consultation necessary before using other services?

Yes. The consultation ensures that any additional sessions or tools are aligned with your goals, history, and needs.

17. Do you offer child or family consultations?

Yes. Family and pediatric consultations are available for PMA members.
Each case is approached with the same clarity, context, and whole-person care.

18. What is HTMA and why is it important?

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) provides insight into your mineral balance, stress load, detox capacity, and energy systems.
It’s a helpful tool for understanding patterns that traditional tests may miss.

19. Do you prescribe supplements?

We may recommend options when appropriate, but we do not push supplement packages or mandatory protocols.
Any supplement strategy is tailored, minimal, and based on your roadmap—not guesswork.
